Joe is an architectural designer for corporate, commercial and institutional projects at SMMA. He joined SMMA in 1991.

Liz works across all disciplines to advance sustainability for SMMA clients. Whether modeling energy performance for new buildings or designing creative stormwater management solutions, she loves the challenge of finding new ways to apply sustainable design practices.

Andy Oldeman has 15 years of experience in the design of mechanical systems for building construction and renovation projects in Boston and New York. As a senior engineer in SMMA's HVAC group, Andy has worked to develop the use of energy modeling as a design tool for optimizing the efficiencies of integrated building systems.
