Will is adept at addressing stormwater, wetland, wastewater, and erosion issues, as well as permitting and providing on-site construction observation.

Andy Oldeman has 15 years of experience in the design of mechanical systems for building construction and renovation projects in Boston and New York. As a senior engineer in SMMA's HVAC group, Andy has worked to develop the use of energy modeling as a design tool for optimizing the efficiencies of integrated building systems.

Alla has more than twelve years of experience designing electrical systems for health care, commercial, institutional and residential projects.

Megan is an architectural designer for institutional and corporate projects at SMMA working closely with clients throughout the design process to develop comprehensive space planning solutions that achieve her clients' goals.
