SMMA pays 80%of the premium and offers a choice of two comprehensive health plans.
SMMA pays 100% of the premium for dental insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental Blue, which includes 100% coverage for preventative and diagnostic services. There is a small deductible for restorative services. Flexible Benefits Plan Includes a Miscellaneous Health and Dependent Daycare Accounts Reimbursement. Employees can use tax-free dollars to be reimbursed for eligible out-of-pocket expenses.
