SMMA uses sophisticated technology tools to imagine, program, conceive, design, document, and manage projects. From project inception, and as design evolves, a building model is fully integrated across all disciplines, and the project is effectively managed every step of the way.

SMMA utilizes Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit based Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to construct accurate 2D and 3D representations of buildings, to study various design schemes, to communicate ideas, to share information and data, and to create contract documents. Extended and complemented by other specialized software -- including 4D technology, facility management, and GIS software -- these tools contribute substantial value to clients.

In conjunction with other software, BIM facilitates the ability of SMMA's in-house architects, engineers, interior designers, and site planners to collaborate interactively among themselves and with clients and consultants. Our professionals easily generate and share information and data. They detect interferences and conflicts early on. And they quickly and accurately create, study, and present multiple design options and schemes.
