Project Description: SMMA, in a design/build relationship with The Gutierrez Company, provided architecture and interior design services for this LEED-CS Gold-certified, 170,000 sf office building. Five stories of shell and core office space rise above ground-level parking. The first floor features a three-story 8,700 sf lobby, as well as a fitness center and cafe.
