In a design-build relationship with The Gutierrez Company, SMMA provided architecture and interior design services for this LEED-CS Gold certified, 170,000 sf six-story office building that includes shell and core office space on five floors above ground level parking.

The first floor features a 3-story 8,700 sf lobby, fitness center, and cafe.
