Overview

One Communications found space in a LEED-CS Gold certified building, of whose design SMMA had been a part. They enlisted SMMA to design their new 100,000 sf tenant fit-up. In addition to private and open office space, SMMA also designed an executive suite including a boardroom, conference space, teaming areas, common areas, and other office amenities.

SMMA also designed a Network Operations Center with in the facility—a 24/7/365 mission critical space, which monitors clients networks.
