Overview

For Charles Stark Draper Laboratories, a state-of-the-art research and development laboratory in Cambridge, MA, SMMA’s ten-story life science and laboratory addition passed the rigorous City approvals process. It did so with a design that strengthens the building’s identity, enhances urban development, and supports the revitalization of the evolving Technology Square area.

The ten stories include:

• Laboratory support facility at basement level
• Seven stories of lab/office space
• Two story mechanical penthouse
