Overview

Designed and constructed on an extremely fast track schedule, the Pathology Research Laboratory renovation required complete demolition of all existing interior construction and complete build-out in less than 10 weeks, while still working within the constraints of the public bidding laws. The construction area is on the 6th floor of the Medical School building and completely surrounded by occupied space, with no interruption to building services allowed.
