Project Description: SMMA's campus plan update for SCSU is a guide for incremental growth in physical facilities that responds to planned expansion of, and changes in, the institution's educational program. The plan enhances SCSU's image and identity as it provides an appropriate physical plant to support its long-term vision. In addition to building renovations, additions, and new construction, the plan addresses capital outlay priorities for new facilities; short- and long-range uses of buildings; plans for roadways, campus entrances, open spaces, and landscaping; schedules for construction of temporary structures and swing space; renovation and relocation plans; and estimated budgets for maintaining and renewing facilities.
