Vincent Appointed Principal

SMMA is delighted to announce that Steven Vincent, AIA, LEED AP BD+C has been appointed to Principal.

Vincent is a seven-year veteran of the firm with over 20 years of experience in architecture and engineering. As the Director of SMMA’s Management Group, he executes the various aspects of project design and construction while specializing in large-scale master planning and mixed-use urban development. Some of his most notable projects include Keurig Headquarters, GoDaddy Northeast Headquarters, 321 Harrison Avenue, and 89 A Street.

"Steve's approachable nature and exemplary leadership skills lay a strong foundation for SMMA's project managers and clients," says Chief Operating Officer Joel Seeley, AIA.

Vincent's lifelong passion for building projects fuels his efficiency. He strives to improve the coordination between all disciplines, and to quickly adapt to each project’s changing needs. Through greater collaboration with clients, Vincent is proud to have fostered long-term relationships with the likes of Nordblom Company, Catamount Management, and The Gutierrez Company.

Vincent is also a beloved leader outside of SMMA. When he is not maintaining the firm's key relationships, the long-term youth soccer coach can be found seeking more ways to engage in his local community and skiing with friends and colleagues.
