Taking Charge

From working in her family’s business starting at the age of 12, Heather developed a strong work ethic and the confidence to take on responsibilities requiring quick study and execution. “One of our regular customers was a professor at the Boston Architectural College. He became an important influence and an early mentor, helping me explore my interest in art and design,” she says.

“I enjoy being part of a creative environment that inspires me and allows me to express myself through my work. It is the variety of my responsibilities that keep me challenged. Making sure that my team is afforded the same opportunities is my ultimate goal.”

Rare Combo

With a degree in interior design and architectural history, Heather's interests and skills span both the design and operations sides of the business.
