Seamless Support

When it comes to engaging with clients, Serena understands what employees care most about.

“I think the most important thing to everyone is getting their jobs done, and they can't necessarily get their jobs done unless they have good support from HR and administration,” she says. “It has always been my goal to provide seamless support so that they don't have to worry about the little things that can come up. People are already so stressed out in their regular job; if I can alleviate some of that stress, then I’ve done my job well.”

A Variety of Cultures

In her spare time, Serena loves to travel. “I grew up in a family that traveled, since both of my parents traveled for work a lot. What I like about travel, besides the food, is that you get to experience a lot of different cultures and perspectives first-hand.”

Her interests in the firm’s employee retention and diversity are intertwined with her knowledge and passion for culture.

“I think it's extremely important to have a workforce with varied backgrounds and different ways of thinking,” Serena explains. “These varying points of view are necessary for positive change and can only make us a better firm.”
