Focus on Communication

“Building the Hub was a significant achievement for our team,” says Tracey. “People no longer have to call us for files. It’s been equally invaluable for promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing.”

“Over the past year, we’ve built up our available resources even more, so now standards and codes are more readily accessible than they’ve ever been. The next step is reorganizing everything to be more streamlined and intuitive. It’s a process that requires continuous improvement. I’ve enjoyed gaining an understanding of the tools and resources needed by our staff to accomplish our projects.”


“My mom and I set out to hike every 4,000-foot mountain in New Hampshire,” she says. “There are 48 in all, and we did eight this past year. I enjoy planning and crossing things off a list, and, of course, hiking. It’s fun to plan which ones to complete over a weekend and organize our hikes.”
